• Can I buy a subscription as a gift for someone?

   Currently, we don't offer gift subscriptions, but this feature is being considered for the future.

• Can I cancel my subscription? 

  Since subscriptions don't auto-renew, there's nothing to cancel. You simply won't be charged again when your period ends.

• Can I downgrade my plan?

  Downgrades are available at renewal. Your current plan continues until expiration.

• Can I get a refund? 

  Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are not provided..

• Can I pay with cryptocurrency? 

  Yes! We accept various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and more.

• Can I upgrade my plan mid-subscription?

   Yes! Upgrade to a longer plan anytime. The new plan will extend your subscription period.

• Do you offer discounts for long-term subscriptions?

   Yes! The Quarterly plan offers a discount compared to purchasing weekly plans.

• How do I know when my subscription expires?

  Your subscription status and expiry date are displayed on your profile and in the Settings page.

• How much does a Monthly subscription cost?

  Monthly plans start at $15.99 . Check subscription page for the current pricing for your country.

• How much does a Weekly subscription cost? 

  Weekly plans start at $4.99 .Check subscription page for the current pricing for your country.

• Is my payment information secure?

   Yes. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your card details.

• Is there a student discount?

   Currently, we don't offer student-specific discounts, but our global pricing is designed to be affordable for everyone.

• What happens when my subscription expires? 

  You'll lose access to new predictions. Your prediction history remains accessible, and you can renew anytime.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept Mobile Money Card/Bank and Cryptocurrency payments.
